Rapid Conflict Resolution

Rapid Conflict Resolution (RCR) is intended for minor IT disputes that require a fast, thorough solution. Two experienced conflict moderators (an IT lawyer and an IT expert) with mediation and negotiating skills guide the parties towards a solution in just one day. The solution is recorded in a settlement agreement.

Short questionnaire

The parties do not provide any documents, but fill in a short questionnaire which provides the moderators with a quick and targeted picture of the nature and extent of the dispute. RCR is suited to IT, privacy or security disputes that are not too complex and with a financial interest less than EUR 50,000. We aim to complete an RCR procedure within two weeks of receiving the request. The total price for an RCR is EUR 3,995 excluding VAT, to be divided equally between the parties.
