SGOA launches its international trade name

SGOA - the only ADR institute that exclusively offers services for IT, privacy and data disputes - celebrates its 30th birthday this year! An excellent moment to introduce an additional trade name to support its international activities. The additional trade name is:" ITDR - experts in IT and data conflict management". From now on, SGOA Switzerland will only use the new name ITDR; SGOA Netherlands will use ITDR as second trade name.

SGOA forms a Privacy & Security Department

SGOA has formed a specialist Privacy & Security Department ('Privacy & Security Kamer'), which will be responsible for dealing with, resolving and settling disputes and conflicts to do with the protection of personal data and information security. This initiative has been prompted by the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the increasing importance of ICT security.
