SGOA is the leading independent institute in the field of the settlement and prevention of ICT conflicts. It uses the best people in the field, supported by an efficient, customer-oriented organization, working at sensible rates.

SGOA was set up in June 1989 as an independent institute for arbitration and mediation. Since then, SGOA has grown into a professional, expert dispute settlement organization that has earned wide recognition and trust in the community of information and communication technology vendors and customers. Numerous business conflicts involving ICT - both major and minor - have been submitted to SGOA’s arbitrators, mediators and ICT experts over the past decades for resolution or settlement.
